Summary of Position The Aftermarket Sales Executive/Account Manager role is critical to the success of ECI Deacom ERP by forging strong, deep, and lasting business partnerships with our customers. A successful Account Manager (AM) has the skills and motivation to identify the key stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers within a customer organization, and create mutually beneficial relationships with them, while appropriately selling them the right product modules to further aid in their success. An ECI Deacom ERP Account Manager wants to interact with multiple levels and roles within an organization, including, and especially, the Business Owner. An Account Manager will succeed only by engaging in business discussions with customers to understand their future business plans and the opportunities and challenges they face – and then discussing how ECI Deacom ERP products and services will help them succeed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Hit your numbers, build awesome relationships, and have fun succeeding with your teamBuild and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships within an assigned territory of existing customer accounts in our installed basePosition, quote and sell the value of our solutions to our installed base of customersMeet or exceed license and services quotas on a monthly and yearly basisMeet or exceed outbound touch call quotas on a monthly and yearly basisCustomer site visits – Typically 1 outing per quarter which may include travelMitigate churn risk with effective dispute resolution and by collaborating with Support and Professional Services departmentsEnsure customers recognize and receive value from their maintenance contractIdentify potential product migration candidates and collaborate with Professional Services to orchestrate those migrations Core Competencies (Skills)A highly-developed ability to influence others (positively & ethically)A strong competitor, who also embraces the importance of teamwork and a collaborative cultureHard-working, fun-loving human being who has a great sense of humor and connects easily with othersSoftware/ERP experienceManufacturing industry knowledgeAccount management experienceDesire, drive and ability to meet and exceed sales quotasStrong customer service skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management skillsResults-oriented and coachableAbility to identify/define and solve needs/problems, aptitude interacting with multiple levels of customer resources#LI-REMOTE
